img_3507“As a professional surfer, my livelihood is dependent on my body working well. After developing Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome in my left-knee from years of not understanding the stress that I was putting my body under, I was forced to stop surfing for a significant amount of time. So in a way, Scott saved my career for me.

When the pain didn’t go away on its own, I was referred to Scott by a friend that he had helped recover from a back injury. Not only did I start seeing results almost immediately, but for the first time I began to learn about my body and how certain exercises and stretches effect how it operates.

So it was without hesitation that I followed Scott when he decided to leave the gym to pursue something more independent. His commitment to improving my physical health and educating me on how to prevent future injuries was proven in my results. He managed to fix my Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome, my Osgood Slaughter, and improved a concave back issue that I had developed from years of surfing.

Scott helped to make me stronger than I’ve ever been before and I can now perform my job with a confidence and understanding that I didn’t have before. He has since moved out of state but maintains a friendly interest in my health and wellbeing that far surpasses his professional obligations. In a time where the health market is completely over saturated with illegitimate and disinterested trainers, I feel privileged to have been able to learn from someone that possesses such a keen interest in understanding and improving the human form.

Scott saved my career; he changed my life for the better. And that’s a service that I would recommend to anyone.”
