Like a lot of women, when I first started working with Scott I didn’t really know my way around the gym. I spent a lot of time on elliptical machines, treadmills, etc. but I wasn’t getting the results that I wanted.

Not only did I learn how to properly stretch, weight-lift, and diet, but it was done through a completely tailored plan that Scott would adjust as need.
