It’s a challenge describing all that Scott has to offer. You might go to him for one particular thing, like rehab, but you’ll soon find he is versed in just about everything related to physical culture. He knows rehab and corrective exercise, strength training, mobility, athletics, combat sports, nutrition and supplementation,
and is a highly skilled body worker. Unlike many in the field, Scott practices what he teaches. His movement skills are impressive, and he always seems to be learning new ones. He’s also atypical in that he doesn’t adhere to an ideology, but rather is curious and open-minded. I have observed him work with many people, and his passion for teaching and sincere interest in helping others are obvious. Scott gets great satisfaction in empowering others to take control of their own holistic health. Many’s the time he has gone out of his way to offer me guidance in the gym, and I’ve seen him do the same for others. I unreservedly recommend Scott to anyone–of any age, condition or experience–wishing to improve their health and/or fitness. A session with him is time well spent.
